The queen studio we usually stay in is always clean and spacious.

Nice design, comfortable, very welcoming receptionist.

This place is well-kept with a great location near the highway and on the outskirts of a charming city, plus there's a big supermarket nearby, and the breakfast is fantastic.

We like the flexibilty of being able to make drinks or prepare food at any time. We also liked the free wifi and parking.

Cleanliness and relative quiet

The hotel staff, (actually one on particular and she was there for most of the time) was very blaise, she could not help with bus route knowledge, but the others seemed okay and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently situated on the outskirts of a beautiful city.

Excellent value. Good car parking. Good to have your own self-contained personal facilities - kitchen, bathroom, bedroom.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well-maintained, offers accommodation in a peaceful area. The staff are especially helpful and top-class and the room is new-fashioned with a kitchen. A refrigerator and a microwave oven are a nice touch.

Convenient spot with on-site parking 🚗.

The staff are really quite wonderful. The hotel is a short walk(5 Min) from the bus line 20 which runs from the airport to the train station. 1 euro per person for the bus as opposed to 15 euro for taxi is good. The hotel has some good promotional products as well. We liked the convenient kitchen which included a coffee pot and on request a kettle.

The bed was a bit hard, but even so, not a problem

Our rooms were only cleaned once on a ten day stay. On one occasion when we were out someone (? a cleaner) used our toilet and left it filthy with human shit all round the bowl. The reception office has limited opening hours, and is closed at night.

I enjoy staying here because the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the smoke detectors offer safety.

Very good value for money. Very good position near city centre and motoway. Good size room/studio 30 m with all facilities..kitchenette with fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, cafetiere and all dishes...I Loved it so clean and new and Internet is free. The negatve points is I didn't like the cleaners because they dont clean the rooms at all while you are there until you check out!!! They only change your towels if you ask them to also you have to take your bin out they dont do it for you!!!! But if I go back to Pau I will book there again!!

I want to stay more and I couldn't book with Booked.net because you did't have that offer the day after, so I booked direct with the Hotel that gave me the same deal after a good negotiation!

As we travel through Pau 3 to 4 times a year and this would have been a perfect stop over for us . The hotel was very good, rooms were a good size and staff helpfull, having a kitchenette was great to make tea or fill a flask or even more if you wished as there was everything you needed.

The only thing we found not to our liking was the bed .... which was extremely hard, and the one thing you need when travling all day is a good nights sleep.
